A high-trust brand system for state-of-the-art day hospital
The Challenge
Melrose Surgical Centre, a brand new, cutting-edge day hospital in Johannesburg, required a comprehensive branding system from inception. The challenge was creating an identity that inspired absolute trust, communicated high-tech surgical quality and comprehensive patient care across every physical and digital touchpoint.
The Solution
I designed a cohesive and authoritative Brand System, using a contemporary palette and clean typography to convey technical excellence and reliability. The solution spanned a comprehensive visual ecosystem, including the website, exterior and internal signage, detailed wayfinding systems, stationery, and social media templates.
The Impact
The new brand system successfully established the day hospital as a trusted, high-quality facility from day one. By blending a high-tech image with human-centric design, the comprehensive branding ensured a seamless and reassuring experience for patients and medical staff, supporting the hospital's reputation for optimal surgical care.
